Mark W. Croll is the Vice President, Patents & Technology of ITW. Mr. Croll is responsible for all Intellectual Property related activities for the corporation, including identifying, capturing and enforcing rights in proprietary new technology, coordinating with various marketing groups on trademark and domain name registration and enforcement policy and proactively administering related licensing activities. Prior to his employment at ITW, Mr. Croll had varying legal responsibilities in both corporate and private practice. He holds a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
