Russell M. Flaum

Executive Vice President

Russell M. Flaum is Executive Vice President of ITW. Mr. Flaum oversees ITW’s Global Industrial Packaging Systems business.

Mr. Flaum joined Signode Corporation (acquired by ITW in 1986) in 1975 as a Sales Representative. From 1979 through 1986 he worked in several marketing positions, leading to Vice President of Marketing in 1986. He became President of Signode’s U.S. business in 1990.

Mr. Flaum earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He currently serves as Director at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Corporation, Quanex Corporation in Houston, Texas, the National Association of Manufacturers, and Ryerson.
