Allan C. Sutherland
Senior Vice President, Leasing and Investments
Allan C. Sutherland is
Senior Vice President of ITW. In 1993, Mr. Sutherland joined ITW as
Manager of Federal Tax and was shortly thereafter promoted to director
of worldwide tax planning. He was promoted in 1996 to Vice President
responsible for the Leasing and Investments segment. Prior to joining
ITW, Mr. Sutherland was a senior manager in the tax department with
Ernst & Young
Mr. Sutherland holds a
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and
a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. He is a member
of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, Commerce Council for the
College of
Business and Administration at the University of Illinois, Illinois CPA
society and the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a
member of the
Finance Advisory Council at DePaul University.
