Jane L. Warner is Executive Vice President of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturer of highly engineered components and industrial systems and consumables. With $15.9 billion in revenues, ITW is a multinational manufacturer of a diversified range of value-adding and short lead-time industrial products and equipment. The Company consists of 840 business units in 60 countries and employs some 60,000 people.
Professional Background
Ms. Warner joined ITW in 2005 as President of Worldwide Finishing after a successful career in automotive manufacturing and information systems. She was previously the President of Plexus Systems, a manufacturing software company, and a Vice President with EDS, where she led their global manufacturing industry group. Ms. Warner brings operating experience from Textron Automotive where she was President of a multi-plant, international automotive supplier and from a 20-year career with General Motors with executive positions in manufacturing, engineering and human resources.
Ms. Warner was named Executive Vice President of Global Finishing and Stretch and Protective Packaging businesses in 2007. In 2011, she was named Executive Vice President, Decorative Surfaces and Finishing.
Educational Background
Ms. Warner graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's and master's degree in business and education
and was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University, where she received a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in 1988.

Ms. Warner is a member of the Board of Directors of Tenneco Inc., MeadWestvaco Corporation and the John G. Shedd Aquarium. She is also a member of The Chicago Network and C-200 organizations.
